I've lost the password of my other username, can I get it back?

If you've forgotten your password or user name you can retrieve them by entering your e-mail in password reminder menu
Your username and password will be sent to your e-mail address.
If the e-mail address that you've registered with that account no longer exist then inbox your username and the e-mail address to admin. We'll check if the details you provided are correct. We'll also check if your current browser info and ip address are same as the phone that you've used to register that account. If all data match then we'll give you the password.
