The Sony Ericsson K600i is a stylish 3G handset tat's designed to be compact enough for everyday use.
The sleek exterior of the K600i packs in a lot of technology. First of all, there's a large 176x220 pixel display, then there's the 1.3 megapixel main camera on the back with a secondary camera to allow for full video calling.
You can connect the Sony Ericsson K600i up to a variety of accessories using the handset's Bluetooth capabilities, or you can connect to a PC with Bluetooth or a cable to synchronise data and transfer media clips - and the K600i really shines when it comes to media, supporting MP3 playback and a variety of other audio and video formats. Internal memory is 37Mb which is enough for plenty of photos and your favourite audio tracks too. Sony Ericsson have even managed to squeeze an FM radio into the K600i!
The K600i's 3G capabilities give you access to a variety of multimedia downloads and gives fast access to the internet (service limitations may apply). You can use the K600i's built-in WAP browser and email client, or alternatively connect it up to a PC and use it as a modem.
You can download and play Java games on the K600i, or download ringtones or even compose and remix MIDI audio files. In fact, you can do so much with the K600i that's its easy to forget that you can also make phone calls - and for this the K600i supports tri-band GSM so that you can use it even where you can't get a 3G signal - or you could just use it with a low-cost GSM-only contract instead.
High quality audio coupled with an FM radio and the ability to import full track music downloads direct to the phone make the K600 a quality music player and ideal companion for travelling, the gym or simply relaxing.
The K600 is fully featured with a suite of business applications that handle personal information management and PC-synchronisation via USB, making it the ideal executive work tool, providing business efficiency with high speed access.
3G use on the K600i gives 2 hours talktime, 2G (GSM) use 7.5 hours talktime with up to 12 days standby. The handset measures 104x45x19mm.
