Samsung unveils SGH-Z720 thinnest HSDPA slider

Ultra Edition 3.5G slider houses two cameras, location-based customization, and pre-loaded Google tools for European customers.
Samsung's newest HSDPA slider phone isn't quite as thin as the SGH-D900 ''Black Carbon'' phone, which is about a millimeter thinner, but is still the thinnest slider available for HSDPA networks. The phone's front-facing camera could allow for videoconferencing, though no 3.5G network in the U.S. (read: Cingular) is currently supporting the feature. The second camera around back is a hefty 3-megapixels, like the D900. Unlike its brethren, the Z720 (or ''Ultra Edition 13.8''), is topped off with Google goodies Gmail and Google mobile search (read our review of Google services). uGo and uTrack, also included, help keep track of where you are and where your phone is, respectively. uGo changes your wallpaper based on your location and time of day; uTrack sends an SMS message with the phone's location when the SIM card is changed (presumably by phone bandits).
