Nokia flips the N75 clamshell

If you're in love with the high-horsepower N-series from Nokia but aren't a big fan of any extra bulk, then have they got a solution for you. The N75 is a full featured flip phone that comes with all the bells and whistles you've come to associate with Nokia's ''multimedia computers'', except they've thrown it all into a nice compact package. In fact, this is the smallest N-series device to date.
It'll do just about anything you want it to do, including digital multimedia playback (MP3, M4A, eAAC+, etc.), quality photography via the on-board 2 megapixel camera, and ''rich, internet communication'' thanks to the ''highly intuitive Nokia Web Browser with Mini Map'' and 3G (WCDMA 850/1900) connectivity. Other key selling points include a vibrant 2.4-inch display on the inside, a 1.36-inch color display on the outside, 40MB of internal memory, microSD expansion, and FM radio. No word on pricing, but we're expecting a US launch in Q4 of this year.
