So then by your logic the only pebalty for sin is physical death? then we all get to go and be at peace with God? Or just no longer exist? *

Uhm, romans 6:7 says: for he who has died has been acquited from his sin. what do you understand in the said verse? Pls see verse 23 of the same chapter. *

Well, starting from Verse 4 of that chapter we see that the death presented to us in the chapter is concerning our death through baptism, unified with Christ in His death, and just as He was raised from the dead for the Glory of the Father, So we now being freed from sin should likewise walk in the newness of life. As verse 1 and 2 states What shall we say then? Shall we continue to sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who have died to sin live any longer in it? *
