Lov doesn't always last. Feelings of being in lov can disappear as quickly as they appear. Sometimes, as u get older, u and the 1 u lov may find tht u hv drifted apart. Yo dreamz take u down different paths. U find tht yo interests hv changed, and u don't hav much to talk abt or u feel pressured 2 do nothing. *

It isn't good 4 yo emotional health 2 stay in relationship whn u ar no longer in lov. This can be sad, and it can be very hard, especially if one person still feels in lov, but the other no longer feels the same way.If u decided 2 end a relationship, be honest abt yo resons, but also be kind, gentle and considerate. Try not 2 hurt yo friend's feelings, but at the same time make the end final-don't leave yo frend hoping or thinking tht u will change yo mind. *

If yo loved one breaks off the relationship with u, ths is also very painful and difficult. It can be hard not 2 keep thinking that she or he will change her/his mind and come back to u. It may be hard 2 accept tht she/he doesn't lov u the same way. U may feel terribly lonely and rejected. *

Giv yoself time 2 cope with the pain. Don't do rush into a new relationship with some1 new just to make yoself feel better. Even though u might feel angry and hurt, don't blame the other person and never spread rumours or masty stories abt yo ex-partiner. These ar not mature ways of handling yo feelings. *

Part of life is losing frends and making new ones. Eventually u will find the right person to lov u and spend yo life with, so be patient. In the meantime, focus on being a kind and a loveable person. Don't hate anybody, hate yo self and hate yo ex-partiner. Liking yoself makes it easier to love others and to be loved! Do not overreact... Be patient, wait! *
