The Holy spirit was with Daniel and thats why he cud discern the pharoh dreams and Isaiah spoke before of how the Israelites grieved the Holy spirit and how he became their enemy and fought against them. In Isaiah 63:10. *

It was through the holy spirit that through mary, Jesus was conceived. It was the Holy spirit that led Jesus out into the desert where he was tempted. It was through the Holy Spirit that the disciples where able to speak in tongues and perform the healings they did. Jesus said that anyone who speaks a word against the son of man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven either in this age or the age to come. *
