Subject: windows 8 no audio on laptop

Each time this happens there's no drivers installed.so everything is crossed with no sound.I wonder what makes the sound drivers disappear.what could be so drastic to point where the laptop would erase the existing sound drivers in the first place.at which point I simply install them again.the only thing I connect the laptop to is my tv and other bluetooth speakers.Do you've an active antivirus in ur device?
