What phone is it? If its running 4.0 and above it should have a tethering and portable hotspot option in the USB debugging section,turn on the hotspot and create a password then on your pc go to available wifi connections and find your phone from the list,put the pw in you just created then put the kettle on n have a cup of tea lolIts a HTC desire
