I don't know much about ACR from the Samsung store (it has to be from there as they don't care about google's rules) but I saw this on my travels [link]http://acr.app/[/link]
I think it be the shiitty mic pickup version of call recording though.
also check xda, your phone might have a reworked stock based rom that has that feature re-enabled.
