if it was me I'd go to my nearest EE store n see if its possible at all getting that number reactivated. its true it may have turned off due to inactivity but there could be other possibilities like the sim has gone faulty etc... or maybe something wrong with the account. if they can pick up your number on their systems they will just give u a replacement sim with same numberWhat's an EE store? I would think it's rare that a sim goes faulty especially as I never take the sim out of the phone. Does anyone know what phone number to call Orange on to get the sim reconnected.
