In my opinion the best way is probably the manipulating Google results way, in the Google text box type this, in brackets I'll put an example of what you'd put if you wanted to download the new paloma faith alb*m (intitle: index.of mp3 paloma faith fall to grace) sometimes you'll get better results just putting the artists name without the alb*m title, i've found most things i've looked for, hope this helps :-)
