Many of the above are wrong::- 23433 is Orange not Tesco pakrule. 23400 for Virgin is for one phone model only (Nokia 3510i). 24310 is not Tesco anymore its O2 only now and 24320 is Hutchison 3G not Three network. Is three owned by Hutchison? Anyone got any reliable MNC codes? Does anyone actually know what Tesco's is since they got their own code? I checked the Ofcom list and it doesnt even show on there. Three network neither.
