Subject: O2 Text and Web

... So I assumed I had to go onto Text and Web, but I only topped up 10GBP (so I get the free texts, but not free web), cos I had a lot of unused credit. Naturally I did not cancel O2Web but I got a warning message suggesting that I cancel it. So the 7.50 for O2 was taken but I am being charged for my web access. A bit unfair don't you think?
