I rang orange yesterday and the excuse was there is a problem just in my area and once its sorted ring them back for a refund on my fiver extra and a new extra too so i will do. Sick of putting extras on i can't use. I tweaked a bit with my settings and it has helped a bit so i would say its worth a try.
