Ring them from a landline and when you get through to the operater. Before you say anything else. Tell them that due to the nature of your work, you have to inform them that this call is being recorded. Then explain your problem. You might get passed up the ladder smartish. And repeat the statement to each new person you speak to. It just unnerves them and youll get your credit back no probs!
