BLANK IP TRICK! use a phone that is 3g capable then use your network provider's internet setting. in the internet setting, use or delete the ip add(the one with ???.???.???.??? in it) and the ip portal(the one with four digit number). your now free to use your browser. (note that some network provider may dont allow this trick, just try it).
