use dial number as *99 or *99***2 or *99***1 if this also does't help then contact 121 for username password also proxy adderss and port number for ur browser.check in device manager is modem installed try to install ur modem form control panel modemphone option.in new network wizard manully create dialup connection give ispname anything username password blank or which is given by 121 use dial no any one given above now right click ur connection in start menu and now look for setting button un
