1. Delete all Personal Configuration Settings2. Go to O2 website, http://www.o2.co.uk/services/ota4/input2, and chose Nokia, 6230i, Pay and Go, entered phone no and then clicked submit.3. Press Submit on the next screen4. Click Done on the final screen and wait for settings to arrive (you will get two messages)5.
