I can confirm that orange has had the credit disappearing problem since last year. Before i came back to orange a few weeks ago i was told that the problems had been sorted ages ago, but apparently not. I should have stayed on t-mobile. Never had a problem with them in a year. The only time I rang them was to get my pac code to transfer to orange again cos they support HSDPA on pay as you go.
