This is the first time I used the 5 quid a week wap and nothing but problems! Has anyone ever tried getting their bolt on added and told that the service is temp unavailable and try again later? It's happened to me loads and sometimes you have been charged a pound even though your add on failed to appear. All this has been going on since orange got took over by France SA group last year.
