Orange have had Network problems for the most part of 2007 and its ongoing and it is unknown when the problem will be officially resolved. I know 2 other people who also checked their balance and were told one thing but then checked again a second later and the balance was that of someone elses phone. Then it went back to normal again. Technical Network Errors. Tut.
