Its not fraud. I'm on contract and can use any of the 4 apn's, mtnvpn, mymtn, internet or mtnmms. Mtnmms runs off the mymtn apn thats why you can browse with it but the fact that you say its free I can't confirm as I see on my billing that it goes off my data bundle when I use it.
