If u on contract,if have to finish your contract obligation with your present network,i.e complete 24months or pay up your contract plus cancellation fee then only can u port.Eg u postin from voda on your 24th month of contract to cell c,go into cell c fill in MNR REQUEST FORM,cell c wud process your port 4free which they can even decline dependin on your payment record,defaulters dont get ported!
