I lost my 6630 through a hole in my pocket on a thursday morning a couple me weeks ago and o2 sent a N70 next day with a 25 quid excess to pay on the gold insurance. I got a 'lost report' number from the police and that was it. View sent my N80 upgrade the following monday .
