Subject: Full Time Carer

as a carer my hours are 24/7/365 with time off only when I can find someone to take over from me, Her communication is virtually nil so I find myself more isolated and tend to go out only when I take her out for a couple of hours, Washing, Cleaning, cooking, Tidying are a given and I do the best I can on a daily basis. I welcome your thoughts and experiences please
