First you must check your system. What kind of system you have? Is it a pc, amplifier, speaker, laptop or cellphone. In a pc running windows os or laptop. Open the run app then type [dxdiag] then hit enter. On the dialog box you would know if you have a sound driver installed. And from there you can test whether its working. If no sound driver was found, thats the time you need to install a sound driver.
