Yes, expired domains. That's where the goldmind is actually, but it's more of a process of finding the gems among the rocks, if one doesn't really understand the process or the logic behind it, then it's not going to seem worth wild but it's actually a very lucrative business which many domainers are involed in world wild so it's quite a popular method. I just dont feel that much comfortable going about things myself as i'm not an expert and want to find persons who are knowledgeable in these fields :D
I can't be bothered with getting a domain name from scratch. That takes too much time, effort and money for it to become something of value. There are quicker and smarter ways if we dont need a specific domain name and can make do with one that has been out there already, which all the work has already been done on and is about to expire for whatever reason, so its an opportunity to grab it and keep it going.
