There would be little point in upgrading in my opinion. The 760 is a faster card overall, but the performance gains wouldn't be worth the cost of admission. I would wait till the next gen nvidia cards before upgrading.

Your computer would work fine with the 760. Higher bit rate is better, but it doesn't paint the whole picture.
