Yeah right! according to intel http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-028869.htm the processor monitors temps via a thermal diode that changes voltages as the temps change.The mobo sensor just reacts to the voltages coming from the processor diode.My guess is i should replace the processor.
