Subject: Pc always hangs/freezes

Ive been using win7 in 2 years, reinstall it many times until i wasnt able to install it causing blue screen w/error showing. So i tried this freezer technique, put my hdd into freezer overnight then i succeed reinstalling win7 again, but that was a year ago and lately this problem came.
