Subject: pc boot error?

Attandtion guys... I have a serious problem, i installed mac os x skin pack on my windows xp sp 2 desktop, but after reboot, i was unable to boot, even my disk drive also stoped working so that i could reinstall it... Safe mode also not working... Waht to do now... Plzzzzzzz guys,help me.....
