there's a list of good free hosting over at 0php.com (i'm using some of them to host proxy, so far so gud, the only shortcoming is u must log in at least once in a month otherwise ur account terminated). for domain,u might consider free services such as .cu.cc or .co.nr. ur gonna need ftp client to upload stuff more conveniently than using dull web interfaces. btw why don't u try on ur computer b4 going online. i wud recommend xampp for that.
