Ok remove ur battery and the press and hold ur Power On Button for 45 seconds dont leave the holding press and hold for 45 seconds r 1 min then connect ur Laptop charger and on the machine dont put the battery first check it ok its basic troubleshooting of dell if not suceed come back ill guide u
