Subject: how to overclock my

my mobo allow me to adjust my cpuhost agp pci to the highest mhz from 100mhz 66mhz 33mhz. Pls tell if it safe to adjust it cpuhost:140mhz agp:92mhz pci:46mhz. Forumers in othe websites says adjusting agp/pci will cause system unstable. I dont know how to lock my agp and pci to their normal spec.
