Ive seen the cpu getn pulled owt with the heatsink alot n it neva eva damages d board or chip. You should remove the board frm d case,clean it,clear cmos n test with a ram/chip/psu dat u know dat is working. N also if u can test ur ram/chip/psu on a workn board. Den u not guesn u knw d exact fault.
