ive lost track of this :/ makes no sense. if you want a HTPC AMD offer far better options than intel as intel graphics are rubbish. you want a 785g/880g motherboard with a athlon x4 quad. the alternative atm would be an intel i3 with a h55 motheboard. but thats just a waste of money for something inferior.
