options to fit/to fill/custom tile are only applied when settings wallpapers, be warned, app must edit registry to change wallpaper style/background color and has only been tested on my computer (if you have a problem with your registry see readme file for which reg keys are edited), all wallpapers set using app will be moved/converted to appdir/Wallpapers/Current.jpg read the ReadMe! for more info about app http://www.sendspace.com/file/frakkr
