First off all Madrid tried to play the pressing game. When the right backs or left back was in control of the ball Ronaldo and Di Maria pushed up to put pressure on where Ozil pushed up to cut of the ball going into the midfield. It worked well as the first goal was a result of it. But Sepp got clever in the second half and pushed Busquets back into a CB role where Puyol ended up as a right back and Alves went forward up the wing. With Busquet at CB when Barca got the ball and Madrid playing
