20 million for the unproven Lukaku. I believe Chelsea's problem is the midfield. The midfield seems unable to help the strikers or the defenders. Arsenal and Man U seemed to just stroll past the midfield. And attacks seem slow. Before Chelsea says Torres- Drogba doesn't work. First upgrade the midfield. If a better midfield doesn't get the partnership to work, then sell Drogba, but i think its worth a shot, to see if a frightening partnership can develop.
