Just to know different ways in which people have got best results. I train 3 days on 1 day off. Plus fast cardio and walks each evening or day. Concentrating on areas needed most. At 40yr old tho results are slow obviously. Still good tho. It seems to work best for me. 5-6 exersises of 3 sets each day only as opposed to 2hrs pluggin away exhausted.
