Just go to Google Play Store and download Adobe Flashplayer. Why do people keep saying ICS doesnt have flash???I did delete the flash and re download it but it didn't work. But I did it again after resetting the phone due to drive mode poping up all the time. And set flash to auto update and today flash is working.
