Make an account as - dial-up connection and use star99hash as your dial up number - use these setting in your phone - proxy : 196.6.128.12 - port : 8080 - APN : internet - those are the setting for south africa - i dont know where you are lol - but those settings normally work regardless of what mobile net work you use if you are using the phone as modem
