if anybody runs into the problem of not being able to install any programs or jar files after they have followed through with the procedure, all you have to do is remove the installserver file which you copied over to drive c, restart the phone, then open only the file which applies to your phone, ie os9.2 for the n95, and re copy the install server file back again, but be sure to double check..
