Ok,in your phone goto settings connectivity data cable or usb data cable then from options,select mass storage instead of pc suite. Next time you connect to pc and the phone lights up,unlock it then select mass storage,you'll see than another storage device has appeared on your My Computer menu,click on it,usually labelled the name of your memory card. You'll see the list of files you have on your phone. Now select whichever you like and copy-paste it
