Try restore factory settings or disable start up intro and tone, if you can in options menu. Otherwise i think you should get it checked out. Sounds like it could be a firmware problem so do some research into flashing, extensive research, especially your handset the 6300. Flash ofcourse only if you dont have the money to repair. 1 question, is the nokia intro screen fullscreen no problem?
