Been there n done that ! Had the same fault with 4 6230s in a row last yr ... the ONLY WAY 2 cure it is 2 get it flashed i.e a software upgrade ... free if the handset is under a yr old ! The only way 2 save ur downloads pix etc is 2 load em on2 the memory card
