Sounds lyk fones black listd.. Only way is2pay ur acount up2date and take ur fone2d shop u took ur contract or a shop dat deals wid dat network.. U most probly hav hav2fil out an unblack listin form and wait 4clearance on it.. No othr way2unblack list a fone..
