Subject: NOKIA 63OO PROBLEM

just brought one Nokia 6300 dual sim last week.Default sec code is 1122 not da usual 1234..When i go to google.com it shows in chinese.Coming downloading there no provision of opening or playing what was downloaded.It is that we are using a different kind of network 3G which the phone was not made for?OR CHINESE IS CHINESE.
