consider me as just a naive christian.why do some people have it all in life,others have to struggle hard to achieve sumthn while others however hard they try even with prayers still they dont experience any positive change in their miserable lives?How do you know that they have it all? You're looking at them as an outsider and only see what they choose to show you. You don't know if they're dealing with their own hand of s**tty cards. For all you know, they're looking at you, wishing they had your life? You look at people with money, cars and nice things and just assume they got handed better cards than you but you don't know what they're not showing others, like, depression, bad health, an unhappy marriage etc. We are all fighting our own demons, some are just doing it more comfortably than others. You can't compare your life to someone elses because we are all in the same race, just at different levels. Praying to God to change your life won't do you any good if you're not willing to get off you're ars* and try help yourself first. Don't ask what God is doing for you, ask what are you doing for yourself.
